Kit Mitchell – Assistant Conductor

Kit Mitchell learned to sing at his mother’s knee, and was despatched at the age of eight to be a Chorister in Durham Cathedral choir where, in spite of everything, he absorbed a great deal of the church choral tradition.

However hard he has tried, he has been unable to keep away from music-making ever since and has had a great time as a member of Stirling University Choir since 2009.

The Conductor and Committee appointed him Assistant Conductor to keep him under control.

He can’t decide whether he prefers singing or cricket.
